Meet Ollie.

We believe that finding a solid rig is the best way to protect our client’s investment in RV renovation so our inspection process is meticulous and uncompromising. We proved that with our search for Ollie as we inspected almost a dozen rigs and traveled over 1,000 miles to find him. Ollie was well cared for, had no leaks or water damage, and unending potential. The toy hauler capability affords so many options for the space and buyers. With a generous interior height, there’s still 6’3” clearance when the queen Happijac is up and the unusual 8’6” width makes this travel trailer feel incredibly spacious. The original second queen bed in the nose cut off the length of the rig so we opened it up with custom built bunk beds. This also allowed us to utilize empty space we discovered behind the shower. We added the largest drawer possible, a charging nook, and a shower nook. In the bathroom we changed the orientation of the sink/mirror and custom built a vanity greatly improving the function of the room. In the living/kitchen area, we designed and built a large leaf table over the wheel well that secures storage below when not in use. We also extended the lower kitchen cabinet to make space for trash and add counter space. The thoughtful design creates a space with beautiful form and function. A low profile sofa with the right clearance underneath allowed us to remove one leg and hide the wheel well below. Two stools pull triple duty as table seating, a coffee table, and a step to get into bed. The moveable fireplace makes space to store your toys without sacrificing cozy ambiance. As always, our goal is thorough, thoughtful RV renovation that protects and strengthens the integrity of the RV. And we think Ollie’s a great example of that.
